Representative Projects

Following are projects that represent the scope of our work and experience.

  • Managed change and communication components of a systems consolidation project for a world-recognized medical devices and diagnostics company. Developed project plan in collaboration with senior management. Participated in weekly meetings and interfaced daily with key players and subject-matter experts to ensure that all project deliverables and deadlines were met. Developed mechanisms for tracking all project priorities, tasks, accountabilities, and results.
  • Managed 9-month project for a major mutual fund company to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Developed template to standardize procedures for 40 subsidiary companies. Interfaced with Corporate Legal, Corporate Compliance, and Marketing departments of all 40 companies to develop and document procedures. Developed training program on internally developed software program to track all activity.
  • Managed project to communicate major changes in benefits and payroll to 17,000 contract services employees nation-wide who were impacted by a merger. Collaborated with senior managers of Human Resources and Corporate Communications to develop a project plan that included e-mail distributions, newsletters, and payroll stuffers in a multi-tiered communication roll-out over several months. Tracked deliverables in relation to project plan to ensure that all deadlines were met.
  • Planned and managed project with a national insurance carrier to map operational procedures, identify gaps and risks, and set priorities for correcting deficiencies. Developed project plan, collaborated with senior and department management to bring key stakeholders together, facilitated process mapping meetings, designed template for capturing and communicating procedures, and identified next steps for closing gaps and mitigating risks.
