Business Writing
We work with Senior Managers and Executives who need to improve their business writing and communications skills. These individuals have typically been very successful at Sales or some other function in their careers and did not need to express themselves in writing. Suddenly they're on the fast track to Senior Management and their writing skills are not in sync with the management level they've achieved or the image they need to project.
When working with these individuals we:
- Identify the problem issues
- Develop a coaching plan to address those issues
- Coach to the specific areas of need
- Provide exercises and practice for reinforcement
- Obtain continuous feedback from the individual’s managers and target audiences
- Help identify and install systems to support the person’s newly-acquired skills
